The free-audit form asks for your shop name, your name, website or Google Profile URL, email address, phone number, primary concern, and optional notes. The project-consultation form also asks about the service you are considering, approximate budget, preferred timeline, and optional project details.
Alpha Barrie uses this information to review your request, prepare or discuss an audit, assess project fit, respond to you, and define a possible next step. It is not sold or used to create unrelated mailing lists.
Both Bay State inquiry forms are processed by Formspree. Submitting a form sends the information to that service so it can deliver the request. Do not submit passwords, payment details, customer records, business-registration documents, or other sensitive information through either website form.
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, or provide an agreed service. You may reply to any message you receive from Alpha Barrie to request correction or deletion of your inquiry information, subject to records that must be retained for an active client relationship.
The Bay & Beacon Auto Care demo form does not transmit or store information. It exists only to demonstrate the user experience of an auto-shop appointment form.
