Greater Boston auto shops

Your shop should look as trusted online as it is in the bay.

Customers judge your shop before they ever call. I find the gaps that make a good shop look risky — and fix the ones worth fixing.

  • Fixed scope, fixed price
  • No ranking promises
  • You keep every account

The problem

Good shops lose work for avoidable reasons.

None of these are about the quality of your repairs. They're about what a stranger can tell from a phone screen in about eight seconds.

01

They can't tell what you do

Your best services are buried, missing, or written in language customers don't actually search for.

02

They don't see enough proof

Recent reviews, clear photos, and owner replies aren't working together to make you the safe choice.

03

They don't know the next step

The site makes people hunt for a phone number instead of making the call the obvious thing to do.

Find your fit

Answer four questions. I'll tell you which option you actually need.

Including when the cheaper one is enough — or when you shouldn't buy a cleanup at all.

1. What's your website situation?
2. How are your Google reviews?
3. Is your shop info the same everywhere?
4. Do you manage your Google Business Profile?

Founding-shop pricing

Start with the free audit. Priced after, not before.

Introductory pricing applies to the first three completed shops across both cleanup options. After that, standard pricing applies.

Freeno card, nothing to cancel

Before you buy anything. I look at what a customer sees and tell you whether a cleanup is even worth paying for.

  • Three priority findings on your shop, written plainly

Delivered-as-described guarantee

Every item in your option's list gets completed to its written description and shown to you with before-and-after evidence at handoff. If something's missing or doesn't match, tell me and I'll fix it at no charge — or refund it if I can't. This covers delivery of the described work only. It does not cover rankings, call volume, review counts, bookings, or revenue, because no honest provider can guarantee those.

Clear scope

Exactly what you receive.

Four groups of work. Quick Fix covers the first and a lighter version of the last. The Setup covers all four.

In Quick FixIn the Setup

Google Profile & information accuracy

  • Review of categories, services, hours, contact details, description, and photos
  • A prioritized correction list — I make only the safe public changes you approve
  • Shop name, phone, address, hours, and website compared across your site and profile
  • Every mismatch documented with the fix

Suspension appeals, ownership disputes, and mass directory cleanup are separate services.

What "fixed" actually looks like.

Switch between the two. Same fictional shop, same services — the only difference is whether a stranger can tell what you do and how to reach you.

No phone number. No location. Nothing to act on.

Demonstration only. Bay & Beacon Auto Care is a fictional shop — the business, ratings, reviews, address, and phone number are sample content, not client results.

How it works

From free audit to practical fixes.

  1. I review the customer journey

Your website, Google profile, reviews, and next-step experience, checked the way a customer sees them.

  2. You get three priority findings

A one-page audit and a short screen recording showing what matters, why, and what to do first.

  3. We fix the agreed gaps

If it's a fit, the approved work gets delivered inside a defined scope — nothing gets changed publicly without your say-so.

  4. You keep a repeatable system

The handoff includes the review tools, updated copy, and a clear record of everything that changed.

Common questions

Straight answers before you commit.

What's in the free audit?

A one-page review with three priority findings and a personalized three-to-five-minute screen recording. No obligation to buy anything afterwards.

Do you guarantee rankings or more calls?

No. Rankings, calls, and bookings depend on factors nobody honestly controls. What I guarantee is that the work I describe gets delivered as described — see the guarantee above.

Which option should I pick?

Use the three questions above, or just take the free audit and I'll tell you. If your website works and only your Google presence needs attention, Quick Fix at $197 is enough. Most shops need the $297 Setup.

Does either option include a new website?

No. The Setup includes homepage copy and a trust review of your existing site. A new site or redesign is quoted separately and starts at $997.

Will I keep control of my accounts?

Always. You stay the owner. Access is granted through manager or collaborator roles — never by sharing passwords — and I remove it within seven business days of you asking.

What happens after the work is done?

You can run the system yourself. If ongoing help makes sense, there's an optional $247 per month care plan discussed at handoff — never auto-enrolled.
